  3.         Please print a copy of the manual (SHMANUAL.DOC) before you
  4.         attempt to utilize this software.  You MUST read the manual
  5.         before this system will be of any benefit to you.  You may
  6.         print the manual in any of the following ways:

  8.         DOS PRINT command
  9.  
  10.           on your screen type:      PRINT SHMANUAL.DOC       [Enter]

  12.  
  13.         DOS TYPE command
  14.  
  15.           on your screen type:      TYPE SHMANUAL.DOC >PRN   [Enter]

  18.         MENU SELECTION

  20.         The Self-Health Stress Management System has a menu item on
  21.         the Main Menu that allows you to print the manual.  You must
  22.         first run the program, of course, to accomplish this.  Do the
  23.         following:

  25.           on your screen type:    SH    [Enter]
  26.  
  27.        When you get to the main menu, select the appropriate item and
  28.        press [Enter].  That's it!
